1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is prepared and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

At Lumi Farm Foods, we ensure your smoked catfish is delivered fresh, well-packaged, and in perfect condition, no matter where you are.

Canada Shipping
Standard Shipping (Canada Wide)
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (depending on location)
Carrier: Canada Post / UPS / Purolator/ FedEx

 

Local Delivery (GTA – Greater Toronto Area)

Delivery within 1–2 business days.

Same-day delivery may be available depending on location and availability.

 

Local Pickup

Pickup is available after checkout.
You’ll receive full pickup instructions once your order is ready.

 

International Shipping (Worldwide)

We proudly ship worldwide to bring authentic African smoked catfish closer to you.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Order weight

Delivery location

Selected shipping method


FREE shipping promotions may apply during special offers or minimum order amounts.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

A confirmation email

A tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time


If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours after shipping, please contact us at lumifarmfoods.ca@gmail.com.

 

5. Perishable Product Handling

Our smoked catfish is:

Properly sealed

Packaged to maintain freshness

Handled with high hygiene standards


Please ensure someone is available to receive your package to prevent exposure to heat or moisture.

 

6. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
If a package is returned due to:

Wrong address

Unclaimed package

Failed delivery attempts


Customers will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable)

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all:

Damaged Packages

Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Photos of the damaged product and packaging


We will review and offer:

A replacement, or

A partial refund, depending on the situation


Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it:

Contact us immediately

We will open an investigation with the carrier

 

8. Returns & Refunds (Food Safety Policy)

For health and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns on smoked fish or any edible products.

However, we stand by our quality.
