At Lumi Farm Foods, we take pride in providing premium-quality African smoked catfish.
Because our products are food items, we follow strict safety and hygiene standards.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

No Returns on Food Products

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any smoked fish or food-related items once they have been delivered or picked up.
This ensures that all customers receive products that meet our freshness and quality standards.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

1. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong size (500g or 1kg) or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Damaged or Compromised Product

If your order arrives damaged, improperly sealed, or not as described, send us clear photos or video within 24 hours of receiving the item.

If approved, you may receive one of the following:

A replacement product

Store credit

A refund to your original payment method


Refunds are not guaranteed; they are evaluated case by case.

 

No Refunds for the Following

We cannot issue refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase

Taste preference (because smoked fish flavor varies by individual)

Products that have been opened or partially consumed

Incorrect storage after delivery (our fish must be stored in a cool, dry place or frozen)

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed.
Once packaged or shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
